Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unused/unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Customer provides return shipping.
To start a return, please visit https://account.littlebrother.shop. We use Shopify's self-service returns portal.
How to sign into your account and use Shopify's self-service returns portal to submit a return request
Via https://account.littlebrother.shop:
1. Sign in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. We ask that you return your item(s) using a tracked shipping method, and within 1 week of the return request being approved.
After the product is returned (i.e. the tracking information for the return shipment shows "delivered"), it can take up to 5 business days for the return to be checked by our fulfillment team. You then receive a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 2-3 business days but can be up to 10 if delayed while being transferred by Shopify's payment network and your bank. As soon as a refund is triggered it is final (cannot be stopped or reverted in any way) and we (Little Brother) have no more access to the refund balance while it is processed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted in the product description. Generally this would only be food items, custom items, etc.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
